Just one change for Lisa's Ready Steady Riders (RSR) as Roger Hammond's retirement leaves space for Dan Martin to join Alessandro Petacchi, Robbie McEwan, Samuel Sanchez, Tom Boonen, Thomas Voeckler, Fabian Cancellara, Michael Rogers and (when his doping suspension ends) Alberto Contador.

Steve's 2012 Team

With Mark Cavendish defecting to Sky and Carlos Sastre retiring, Steve brings in Damiano Cunego and Filippo Pozzato to his Nightowlers (SNO). Philippe Gilbert, Andy Schleck, David Millar, Thor Hushovd, Alesandro Ballan and Adam Blythe continue while, Andy Fenn comes into the team in place of the zero-scoring Stijn Devolder.

About the 2012 Season

This year we will be counting the Tour Down Under in Australia in January and then the Fantasy calendar will continue with the major European races starting at the end of February. In a slight change to the format for stage races, I'll only blog those stages where one of us scores points.

The basis of the Fantasy competition remains as described before and the next two posts will outline our team members for the coming season.
