Tour de France, overall

For the third year in a row, Andy Schleck (SNO) finished the Tour in second place overall, while Lisa's riders Thomas Voekler, Alberto Contador and Samuel Sanchez filled places fourth through sixth.

Mark Cavendish won the green jersey for Steve with Philippe Gilbert third and Thor Hushovd fifth in the points competition (both also SNO).

Sanchez took home the Polka Dot jersey with Schleck second and Contador sixth in the mountains classification.

For the third year running, Mark Cavendish (SNO) won the final stage of the tour in a mass sprint on the Champs Élysées. Fabian Cancelara finished fifth on the stage for Lisa.

Tour de France, stage 20

Alberto Contador (RSR) was third fastest in the time trial that formed today's penultimate stage. Riding in yellow, Andy Schleck could only manage the seventeenth fastest time on the day for Steve.

Schleck lost the yellow jersey after just one day and will finish second overall. Lisa's riders Thomas Voeckler, Contador and Samuel Sanchez occupy fourth, fifth and sixth places overall.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) will take the green jersey into tomorrow's final stage. Philippe Gilbert, also for Steve, held onto third place in the points competition but Thor Hushovd (SNO) dropped back to fifth.

Tour de France, stage 19

Samuel Sanchez (RSR) was second on today's stage, finishing at the top of l'Alpe d'Huez, with Alberto Contador, also for Lisa, third. Andy Schleck (SNO) finished ninth.

Schleck did enough to take over the race leader's yellow jersey as Thomas Veckler (RSR) fell back to fourth after ten days in the lead. Contador and Sanchez each moved up one place to sixth and seventh overall.

In spite of once again finishing outside the calculated time limit, Steve's Mark Cavendish was again reprieved to keep the green jersey. Philippe Gilbert and Thor Hushovd (both also SNO) also remain third and fourth in the points competition.

On the final day in which mountains competition points were on offer, Sanchez sealed his hold on the polka dot jersey. Schleck finishes second and Contador sixth in that classification.

Tour de France, stage 18

Andy Schleck (SNO) won today's moster stage to the top of the Galibier and the astonishing Thomas Voecker finished fifth for Lisa.

Voeckler yet again did just enough to keep the race leader's yellow jersey on his back. Schleck moved up to second overall as Alberto Contador and Samuel Sanchez (both RSR) dropped to seventh and eighth place respectively.

Mark Cavendish, for Steve, finished outside the time limit today but the big groupetto was reprieved and Cavendish retained the green jersey at the head of the points classification in spite of being docked twenty points for finishing hors délai. Philippe Gilbert and Thor Hushovd (both also SNO) held onto their placings too, third and fourth respectively.

Sanchez remains second in the mountains competition and Schleck moved up to third place.

Tour de France, stage 17

A large break mopped up all the stage placings today. Samuel Sanchez (RSR) finished nineteenth with the other favourites, including Andy Schleck, 24th, for Steve.

No change, at the top of the overall standings: Lisa's Thomas Voeckler still leads with Schleck fourth, Sanchez fifth and Alberto Contador (RSR) sixth.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) finished inside the time limit and hangs on to the points leader's green jersey with Philippe Gilbert third and Thor Hushovd fourth, both also for Steve.

Sanchez is still second in the mountains classification with Schleck fifth.

Thor Hushovd (SNO) won today's stage from a break ahead of the GC contenders. For Lisa, Alberto Contador finished twelfth.

Thomas Voeckler (RSR) still leads the race overall with Andy Schleck fourth for Steve, Samuel Sanchez fifth for Lisa and Contador sixth.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) did enough to retain the green jersey as the leader of the points classification ahead of Philippe Gilbert, also for Steve, third and Hushovd in fourth place.

Sanchez still lies in second place in the mountains competition with Schleck fourth.

Tour de France, stage 15

Today was the last stage for the sprinters before Paris in a week's time and Mark Cavendish (SNO) duly delivered the win with Alessandro Petacchi third for Lisa.

There was no change in the overall standings so Thomas Voeckler (RSR) spends tomorrow's rest day in yellow with Andy Schleck in fourth place for Steve and Samuel Sanchez and Alberto Contador (both for Lisa) sixth and seventh.

Cavendish keeps the green jersey of the leader on points with Philippe Gilbert third and Thor Hushovd fourth, both also for Steve.

Sanchez keeps second place in the mountains competition with Schleck fourth.

Samuel Sanchez (RSR) took second place on the mountain-top finish today with Andy Schleck third for Steve.

Thomas Voeckler, for Lisa, rode strongly with the big favourites to retain the yellow jersey yet again and Schleck held onto fourth place overall. Samuel Sanchez and Alberto Contador (both RSR) each moved up one place to sixth and seventh.

Tour de France, stage 13

Thor Hushovd (SNO) won the stage alone after a dramatic chase on the descent of the Col d'Aubisque and the run-in to Lourdes. Alessandro Petacchi, also a member of the day's long breakaway, finished eighth for Lisa.

Thomas Voeckler (RSR) keeps the overall leader's yellow jersey. For Steve, Andy Schleck held on to fourth place overall and, likewise, Albert Contador and Samuel Sanchez remain seventh and eighth for Lisa. Philippe Gilbert (SNO) moved back up to ninth.

Mark Cavendish, for Steve, keeps the green jersey of the leader on points with Gilbert third and Hushovd fourth.

In the mountains classification, Sanchez dropped to second and Voeckler held onto eighth place.

Tour de France, stage 12

Samuel Sanchez (RSR) took the win at the top of Luz Ardiden at the end of the first Pyrenean stage of this Tour. Andy Schleck was sixth on the stage for Steve.

In spite of the mountainous terrain, Thomas Voeckler managed to keep the overall leader's yellow jersey for Lisa. Schleck moved up to fourth overall with Alberto Contador (RSR) and Sanchez seventh and eighth. Philippe Gilbert dropped to twelfth place for Steve.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) keeps the green jersey at the head of the points competition with Gilbert third and Thor Hushvod (also for Steve) fifth.

Sanchez takes over the polka-dot jersey of the leader in the mountains classification. Voeckler drops to eighth in that competition.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) took a convincing win in heavy rain at the end of today's last stage before the high mountains. For Lisa, Fabian Cancellara finished the stage in 26th place.

Overall, Thomas Voeckler (RSR) keeps the race leader's yellow jersey with Andy Schleck fifth and Philippe Gilbert ninth (both for Steve) and Albert Contador sixteenth for Lisa.

Today's win puts Cavendish in the green jersey with Gilbert third and Thor Hushovd (SNO) fifth in the points competition. Voeckler lies second in the mountains competition.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) was beaten into second place in the sprint at the end of today's stage. Thor Hushovd, also for Steve, was fourth. Samuel Sanchez was Lisa's highest finisher, in 27th place, today.

Tour de France, stage 9

Thomas Voeckler (RSR) took second place today as a three-man breakaway stayed clear to the finish. Philippe Gilbert led in the peloton to get fourth place for Steve.

Voeckler's successful breakaway was enough to move him up into the leader's yellow jersey. Andy Schleck (SNO) lies fifth overall with Gilbert ninth. For Lisa, Alberto Contador is sixteenth overall.

Gilbert increased his lead in the points competition and retains the green jersey. Also for Steve, Mark Cavendish is third and Thor Hushovd fourth in that classification. Voeckler is now second in the mountains competition.

Philippe Gilbert (SNO) took second place on today's stage which finished at the top of a third category climb. Samuel Sanchez was fourth for Lisa.

For Steve, Thor Hushovd did well to stay with the leading group and so retain the overall leader's yellow jersey for yet another day. Andy Schleck (SNO) moved up one place to sixth overall and Gilbert improved two places to tenth but David Millar dropped five places to ninth overall for Steve.

Gilbert did enough today to regain the green jersey with Mark Cavendish (SNO) third in the points competition and Hushovd fourth. Gilbert drops to sixth in the mountains classification.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) won the sprint today with Alessandro Petacchi second for Lisa.

Thor Hushovd finished seventh for Steve and still holds the yellow jersey of overall leader. David Millar (SNO) is still fourth overall while Andy Schleck moved up to seventh for Steve and Philippe Gilbert (SNO) moved up to twelfth.

Gilbert dropped to second in the points competition with Cavendish third and Hushovd fourth. There were no mountains competition points on offer today, so Gilbert is still fourth in that classification with Alberto Contador (RSR) eighth.

Thor Hushovd (SNO)'s team was the fastest in the Team Time Trial and he takes over race leader's the yellow jersey. David Millar, also for Steve, was in the same team and moves up to second overall. For Lisa, Fabian Cancellara's team were fourth fastest and he moves up into seventh place overall. Also in the fourth fastest team was Andy Schleck (SNO) who is now tenth overall as a result. Mark Cavendish is eighteenth overall for Steve.

Philippe Gilbert (SNO) still leads the points and mountains classification and will now wear the green jersey. Hushovd is still third in the points competition.

Philippe Gilbert (SNO) won the opening stage and the first yellow jersey of this year's Tour. He also leads the points and climbers competitions. Thor Hushovd (SNO), in third place, led in the thirty riders who avoided the big crash 10km from the finish. Lisa's first rider home was Thomas Voeckler, fourteenth, with David Millar sixteenth for Steve and Fabian Cancellara (RSR) eighteenth.
