Held, during the first week of the Tour de France, Thor Hushovd (SNO) won stage four and Fabian Cancellara (RSR) won the individual time trial, stage seven.

Tour de France, overall

Joaquim Rodriguez (SNO) finished third overall on the General Classification, with Alberto Contador (RSR) fourth. Michael Rogers finished sixteenth for Lisa.

In the Points Competition, Steve enjoyed a clean sweep at the top with Peter Sagan taking the Green Jersey ahead of Mark Cavendish and André Greipel.

In the Mountains Classification, Rodriguez finished fourth with Richie Porte (RSR) eighth.

Porte was also a team-mate of the overall winner.
