Tour de Wallonie

Tom Boonen (RSR) won the opening stage and Paolo Bettini continued Lisa's dominance by winning the second. Bettini was fifth on the third day, eighth on day four and fourth on the last day to finish third overall.

Steve had no riders in the race.

Tour de France, overall

Carlos Sastre (SNO) topped the podium in Yellow, the first time Steve's fielded a winner in the Tour. Fabian Cancellara was 65th in the final standings for Lisa and was also a member of the winner's trade team.

Thor Hushovd and Erik Zabel (both SNO) took second and third places in the Green Jersey points competition, with Robbie McEwan eighth for Lisa.

In the mountains competition it ws again Sastre who did best for Steve, finishing in second place. Thomas Veckler (RSR) was fourth with Stefan Schumacher (SNO) sixth.

Robbie McEwan (RSR) was fourth in the mass sprint on the Champs Elysees as the tour came to its end for this year. Steve's best finisher of the final stage was Thor Hushovd, who just missed out in fifth place.
