No change on the overall standings with Dan Martin (RSR) still fourth and Joaquim Rodríguez (SNO) fifth.
Sagan's win puts him into second place in the points competition as Martin slips to seventh.
Fabian Cancellara (RSR) was unable to finish the stage today due to injury.
