Greg van Avermaet (RSR) rode for the trade team that won the opening team time trial. Adam Yates (SNO) for the team that finished second fastest. Mark Cavendish (SNO) finished outside the time limit after suffering a heavy crash and riding to the finish alone, he will not start tomorrow.
