Philippe Gilbert (SNO) won today's stage from a large breakaway group as Rafał Majka (RSR) finished 26th in the main bunch.
Majka remains seventh overall as Gilbert inches up to 47th.
Gilbert jumps into the points classification in fifteenth place but Majka declines to 28th.
Gilbert is now thirteenth in the mountains competition with Majka 47th.
