For the new season, Lisa makes only one change to her Ready Steady Riders: as Carl Frederick Hagen has moved on after a single season, she's drafted in Guilluame Martin.
Steve also makes just a single change to the line-up of his Nightowlers team: bringing in Simon Yates to replace his brother, Adam, who's moved on.
