Simon Yates (SNO) was the fifth fastest rider in today's only time trial of this year's Tour. For Lisa, Rui Costa was twentieth fastest.
Adam Yates (SNO) moves up to third overall as Simon stays at eighth and Guillaume Martin (RSR) drops place to tenth. Rafał Majka, also for Lisa, remains seventeenth.
On the points classification, Adam Yates moves up two places to sixteenth and Martin is up one at 23rd.
Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) holds steady at twelfth in the mountains competition where Adam Yates inches up a place to 22nd.
