No joy for our riders on today's stage as a break stayed away to the end. Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) finished eleventh with Peter Sagan (SNO) thirteenth.
No change in the top seventeen overall today so Adam Yates (SNO) is still eighth and Bauke Mollema, also for Steve, thirteenth. For Lisa, Greg van Avermaet moved up slightly to 33rd overall.
Sam Bennett (SNO) continues to wear the Green Jersey ahead of Sagan, with Caleb Ewan (RSR) still fourth on points.
