Adam Yates (SNO) finished eighth today but Lisa's first rider home was Greg van Avermaet, 76th.
Yates moves up to fifth overall but Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) fell back to 40th place.
In the points competition, Sam Bennett (SNO) still leads from Peter Sagan, also for Steve, with Caleb Ewan (RSR) fifth and Alaphilippe eighth.
