Rafał Majka (RSR) was sixteenth fastest in today's time trial with Vincenzo Nibali (SNO) 23rd.
Nibali remains fifth overall but Majka's performance lifts him to sixth. James Knox (RSR) is now fourteenth.
In the points competition, Arnaud Démare (SNO) still leads Peter Sagan, also for Steve, at the top of the table with Fernando Gaviria (RSR) 24th.
Sagan is still fourteenth on the mountains classification with Majka 32nd.
