On the first stage after the second rest day, Simon Yates (SNO) took third place at the summit finish. For Lisa, James Knox finished 36th.
Yates is now back up to third overall and Knox is now 63rd.
Peter Sagan (SNO) continues to wear the ciclamino jersey as the leader on points, with Fernando Gaviria (RSR) still third.
In the mountains competition, Bake Mollema (SNO) drops to fourth.
