Tour de France, overall

Guillame Martin (RSR) finished the race in eighth place overall, with Bauke Mollema twentieth for Steve.


Mark Cavendish (SNO) topped the points classification to win his second career Green Jersey, ten years after he won his first. Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) finished seventh on points.

Bauke Mollema (SNO) came eighth in the mountains competition with Alaphilippe sixteenth for Lisa.

Rui Costa & Rafał Majka, both for Lisa, finished the race as team-mates of the overall winner.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) was denied the fairy-tale ending to his amazing Tour comeback, only able to claim third place in the final sprint on the Champs-Elysées. For Lisa, Guillame Martin was 48th over the line.

Tour de France, stage 20

The penultimate, time trial, stage of the tour passed off without incident and with very little impact on the final standings. Fred Wright (SNO) was fifteenth fastest on the day and Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) nineteenth.


Guillame Martin (RSR) looks set to finish the race in eighth place overall with Bauke Mollema twentieth for Steve.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) will enter Paris in Green tomorrow and be looking to win on the Champs Elysées for the fifth time in his career. Alaphilippe is sixth on points.

As decided yesterday, Bauke Mollema (SNO) will finish eighth in the mountains competition with Alaphilippe sixteenth for Lisa.

Tour de France, stage 19

Rui Costa (RSR) finished 22nd on the day as the main bunch rolled in over twenty minutes behind the break. For Steve, Fred Wright finished 35th today.

No change at the top of the general classification today so Guillame Martin (RSR) remains eighth with Bauke Mollema 21st for Steve.

The break stayed away to the end of the race today, so Mark Cavendish (SNO) was unable to add to his tally of stage victories but he still holds the Green Jersey with a final sprint opportunity to come on the Champ Elysées on Sunday. Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) drops a place to sixth in the points competition.

Mollema moves up to eighth on the mountains classification with Alaphilippe now sixteenth.

Tour de France, stage 18

On the final day in the mountains for this year's tour, Guillame Martin (RSR) finished twelfth atop Luz Ardiden. For Steve, Bauke Mollema was dropped from the leading group on the final climb and finished 27th.


Martin moves up to eighth overall but Mollema remains 21st.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) finished last on the stage but, crucially, was shepherded home by his team-mates to finish within the time limit and so retains his lead in the points competition and continues to wear the coveted Green jersey. Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) is still fifth on points.

Mollema drops to ninth in the mountains competition where Alaphilippe is now seventeenth.

Guillame Martin (RSR) finished thirteenth on the stage today with Bauke Mollema twentieth for Steve.


Martin stays in ninth place overall as Mollema edged up a place to 21st.

In spite of today's mountainous parcours, Mark Cavendish (SNO) survived to wear the green jersey for another day and Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) is still fifth on points.

Mollema dropped two places to seventh in the mountains competition and Alaphilippe slid back four places to fourteenth.

Fred Wright (SNO) inserted himself into the break that stayed away to the finish today, finishing twelfth on the day. Back in the main peloton, Guillame Martin (RSR) came home 23rd. Vincenzo Nibali (SNO) failed to take the start today.


All quiet at the top of the general classification today, so Martim holds onto ninth place overall but Bauke Mollema (SNO) drops one place to 22nd.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) came home safely to stay top of the points competition where Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) remains fifth.

Mollema is still fifth in the mountains competition and Alaphilippe is still tenth.

Vincenzo Nibali (SNO) finished eleventh today with Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) twelfth.


Guillame Martin (RSR) slid back down the overall rankings to ninth place as Bauke Mollema dropped down to 21st for Steve.

In spite of finishing last, Mark Cavendish (SNO) survived the stage and keeps the Green Jersey as the leader points. Alaphilippe is still fifth.

Mollema and Alaphilippe continue to hold station in the mountains competition, in fifth and tenth places respectively.

Tour de France, stage 13

Lucky thirteen for Mark Cavendish (SNO) as he won his fourth stage of this year's Tour today to tie with record-holder Eddie Merckx on 34 career tour stage wins. It was unlucky thirteen for Simon Yates, also for Steve, who failed to finish today's stage. Greg van Avermaet was Lisa's first rider home in 21st place.


Overall, Guillame Martin (RSR) continues to hold ninth place and Bauke Mollema (SNO) moved up slightly to seventeenth.

Cavendish now seems to have an iron grip on the Green Jersey as the leader on points with Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) fifth.

Mollema holds onto fifth place in the mountains competition with Alaphilippe still tenth.

Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) went in the break that stayed away to the finish of today's stage and came in tenth on the day. Mark Cavendish (SNO) led home the peloton fifteen minutes later to take fourteenth place on the stage. Peter Sagan (SNO) did not take the start today.


No change at the top of the overall standings after today's stage, so Guillame Martin (RSR) remains ninth but Bauke Mollema dropped a place to nineteenth for Steve.

Cavendish holds onto the leader's Green Jersey in the points competition where Alaphilippe still holds fifth place.

Mollema and Alaphilippe keep fifth and tenth places respectively on the mountains classification.

Bauke Mollema (SNO) took third place on today's stage that featured a double ascent of Mount Ventoux. Guillame Martin (RSR) finished eleventh but Dan McLay, also for Lisa, failed to finish.


Martin holds on to ninth place overall as Mollema improved to eighteenth.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) beat the time cut again to keep his Green Jersey as leader on points as Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) moves up one place to fifth.

Mollema leaps into the mountains classification in fifth place with Alaphilippe up to tenth.

With a regularity reminiscent of his best years, Mark Cavendish (SNO) won again at the next opportunity to take his third stage of this year's tour. Lisa's first rider home was Greg van Avermaet in 30th place.


Guillame Martin (RSR) held on to ninth place overall but Bauke Mollema drops to 24th for Steve.

Cavendish tightened his grip on the Green Jersey even further today while Julian Alaphilippe, also for Lisa, dropped a place to sixth on points and Peter Sagan (SNO) inched up to seventh.

Martin is still sixth in the mountains competition with Simon Yates 21st for Steve.

As the Tour reached the Alps, Simon Yates (SNO) finished sixth today with Guillame Martin eighth for Lisa.


A shakeup on GC today moves Martin up to twelfth overall as Bauke Mollema (SNO) holds steady at sixteenth and Yates moves up to seventeenth.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) survived the stage to keep the Green Jersey for another day as Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) drops to seventh on points.

Martin enters the Mountains classification in sixth place and Yates comes in at sixteenth.

Steve had several riders in the break that stayed away to the end of today's stage but they faded before the finish with Vincenzo Nibali first home in thirteenth place. Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) led home the group of overall favourites in nineteenth.


Nibali moved himself up to sixth overall as Alaphilippe drops to seventh and Bauke Mollema (SNO) to sixteenth.

Mark Cavendish (SNO) went in the break early on to score points at the intermediate sprint and extend his lead at the top of the points classification as Alaphilippe dropped to sixth and Peter Sagan (SNO) remains seventh.

Alaphilippe also lost ground in the mountains competition, dropping to seventh.

Tour de France, stage 6

Mark Cavendish (SNO) pulled off a second sprint win again today with Arnaud Démare fourth and Peter Sagan fifth, both also for Steve. With her main sprinter out of the race through injury, Lisa's best finisher today was Dan McLay, 45th.


Overall, there was no movement at the top of the General Classification today so Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) remains fourth and Bauke Mollema (SNO) fifteenth.

His win today consolidated Cavenish's grip on the Green Jersey but Alaphilippe drops to fifth on points as Sagan moves up to seventh.

In the mountains competition, Alaphilippe remans fourth and his exploits in he break today move Greg van Avermaet (RSR) up to eighth.
