Thomas Voeckler (RSR) took fourth place in today's hilly stage approaching the Alps. Andy Schleck was twentieth for Steve. For the second time in this year's tour, Lisa's Fabian Cancellara was ousted from the yellow jersey but Thor Hushovd (SNO) continues in green.
