After yesterday's rest day, Alberto Contador (RSR) and Andy Schleck, for Steve, finished sixth and seventh respectively as today's Apline stage, including the legendary Col de la Madeleine, caused a major shake up in the overall standings. Schleck takes over the maillot jaune and Thor Hushovd (SNO) continues in green.
