Alberto Contador (RSR) finished in the bunch as today's stage ended in a sprint and keeps the pink jersey. Ryder Hesjedal, also for Lisa, retained tenth spot overall too.
Contador held onto fifth place on the points competition but Philippe Gilbert (SNO) slipped to seventh. Contador also remains seventh on the mountains classification.
