Peter Sagan (SNO) won again today as a group of four riders jumped clear in the final kilometres.
At the top of the General Classification, Adam Yates (SNO) remains second with Dan Martin (RSR) third but Joaquim RodrÃguez (SNO) drops from fifth down to twelfth place. Richie Porte (RSR) holds onto 14th place overall.
Sagan held onto the green Jersey as the leader on points and there were no changes in the other top places in that classification either so Mark Cavendish (SNO) is still second, Marcel Kittel (RSR) third and André Greipel (SNO) seventh.
Rui Costa (RSR) remains fourth in the mountains classification.
