Sam Bennett (SNO) took the sprint win at the end of today's first road stage. Dan McLay was sixth for Lisa. 

Overall, Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) remains sixteenth with Simon Yates now nineteenth for Steve.

Bennett takes the lead as the first points are awarded in that competition, with McLay sixth.
