Sam Bennett (SNO) ended the Vuelta's stint in the Netherlands with his second win in two days. Dan McLay (RSR) took third place in the sprint finish.
Overall, Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) remains sixteenth but Simon Yates drops a place to twentieth for Steve.
Bennett now has a handy lead in the points competition where McLay moves up to fifth.
