Carlos Sastre (SNO) finished in tenth place at the end of today's stage. Alessandro Petacchi was 124th for Lisa.
Philippe Gilbert (SNO) lost the red jersey of race leader and dropped to 14th overall after finishing 38th today. He also dropped fifth in the points competition which is still led by Mark Cavendish for Steve with Petacchi third.
