Marcel Kittel (RSR) won his fourth stage of this year's tour today but Rafał Majka, also for Lisa, did not take the start today.
No change in the overall standings today, with Dan Martin (RSR) sixth and Alberto Contador, also for Lisa, twelfth.
Kittel keeps the green jersey, with André Greipel (SNO) still third on points.
Martin remains fourth in the mountains competition with Bauke Mollema (SNO) still fifth.
