Dan Martin (RSR) dropped to seventh overall after today's stage and Alberto Contador, also for Lisa, fell back to eleventh place.

Marcel Kittel (RSR) maintains his grip on the green jersey with André Greipel (SNO) still third on points.

Martin remains seventh in the mountains competition.

Philippe Gilbert (SNO) did not take the start today.
