Dan Martin (RSR) was second on the mountain-top finish of todays short, explosive stage. For Steve, Bauke Mollema finished 31st.
Philippe Gilbert (SNO) was unable to start today due to a broken knee-cap sustained in a crash yesterday.
Martin moves up to ninth overall and Mollema is still eighteenth.
Inspire of crashing heavily on a descent, Peter Sagan (SNO) finished the stage today to keep the green jersey as Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) moves up to third on points and Greg van Avermaet, also for Lisa, drops to fifth with Martin now eighth on that classification.
Alaphilippe still has a huge lead in the mountains competition where Martin is now sixth, RafaĆ Majka (RSR) drops to eighth.
Scores: RSR=4, SNO=0
LeTour: RSR=112, SNO=53
Totals: RSR=385, SNO=370
