Samuel Sanchez (RSR) took second place on the mountain-top finish today with Andy Schleck third for Steve.
Thomas Voeckler, for Lisa, rode strongly with the big favourites to retain the yellow jersey yet again and Schleck held onto fourth place overall. Samuel Sanchez and Alberto Contador (both RSR) each moved up one place to sixth and seventh.
Mark Cavendish (SNO) keeps the green jersey of the leader on points with Philippe Gilbert third and Thor Hushovd fourth, both also for Steve.
Sanchez keeps second place in the mountains competition with Schleck now up to fourth.
