At the end of the final sprinter-friendly stage of this year's race there's no change at the top of the overall classification: Bauke Mollema and Vincenzo Nibali (both SNO) are third and fifth, Rui Costa (RSR) fourteenth and Adam Yates edges up a place to fifteenth for Steve on the retirement of Geraint Thomas.

André Greipel (SNO) is listed in third place in the points competition after the stage with Caleb Ewan (RSR) fifth but Greipel has already announced he's going home after today and it seems unlikely that Ewan will take the start tomorrow.

Our 2017 Teams

Lisa makes four changes to her Ready Steady Riders (RSR) team: Richie Porte, Tom Boonen, Ryder Hesjedal and the retired Fabian Cancellara are let go to be replaced by Rafal Majka, Caleb Ewan, Daniel McLay and Hugh Carthy.

Steve brings in Bauke Mollema to his Nightowlers (SNO) team in place of the retired Joaquin Rodríguez.
