Julian Alaphilippe (RSR) won today's stage as a late solo breakaway with Greg van Avermaet, also for Lisa, fourth. Peter Sagan (SNO) finished fifth.
Alaphilippe did enough today to take the overall lead and wear yellow tomorrow. Van Avermaet moves up to ninth with Sagan now eighteenth.
Sagan takes over the Green jersey as leader on points in his own right. Van Avermaet is up to fifth and Alaphilippe is now seventh.
Van Avermaet loses the polka dot jersey and drops to third in the mountains competition where Alaphilippe is now fourth of the five riders to score points thus far.
