Vincenzo Nibali (SNO) duly completed his imperious overall victory to take the final yellow jersey of the race.
Peter Sagan (SNO) was similarly untouchable in the points competition to take the final green jersey. Marcel Kittel's final stage victory moved him up to fourth place on points for Lisa with Nibali sixth and André Greipel seventh for Steve.
In the mountains competition Nibali finished second with Joaquim RodrÃguez (SNO) third and Thomas Voeckler (RSR) seventh.
