Marcel Kittel (RSR) won again today in London, with Peter Sagan (SNO) second.
Vincenzo Nibali (SNO) keeps the yellow jersey, two seconds ahead of Sagan while Alberto Contador (RSR) moves up a place to seventh overall and Richie Porte, also for Lisa, drops one to eighteenth.
Sagan holds onto the green jersey with Kittel now second while Nibali drops to seventh.
Thomas Voeckler (RSR) is eighth in the mountains competition.
