Vincenzo Nibali (SNO) won today with Peter Sagan fourth, also for Steve.
Nibali takes over the yellow jersey of overall leader while Sagan remains second overall and Alberto Contador (RSR) moves up to eighth and Richie Porte, also for Lisa, to sixteenth. Mark Cavendish (SNO) was non-starter tody.
Sagan takes the green jersey as leader on points as Marcel Kittel (RSR) drops to third in that competition and Nibali fills fifth place.
