Vincenzo Nibali (SNO) finished third today, just ahead of Rafał Majka (RSR) in fourth.
Today's results move Nibali and Majka up to third and fourth overall respectively. Bauke Mollema (SNO), perhaps paying for his efforts yesterday, slips back two places to sixth.
Nibali is now thirteenth on points with Majka 21st.
In the mountains competition, Nibali is now eleventh with Majka again 21st.
