Giro d'Italia, stage 19

The break was yet again allowed to stay away to the finish, so Vincenzo Nibali (SNO) finished sixteenth with Rafał Majka (RSR) eighteenth.

With just one more road stage to go, Nibali appears to have settled for second overall in this year's race. Bauke Mollema (SNO) remains fifth and Majka is still seventh.

Nibali remains thirteenth on points but Majka slips another place to 28th.

In the mountains competition, Nibali is still twelfth but Majka drops to 28th there too.
