Another day for the breakaway today and Rafał Majka (RSR) finished fourteenth with Vincenzo Nibali (SNO) seventeenth. Fernando Gaviria (RSR) did not finish today's stage.
Overall, Nibali drops a couple of places to sixteenth with Majka down one to eighteenth.
Caleb Ewan (RSR) moves up a place to third on points but Nibali languishes back in 26th place on that classification.
Majka drops to twentieth in the mountains competition.
